spotify starts playing by itself
It did not work! There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this. Solved the issue (for now) by: Stop Spotify if running; turning off notifications in [applications-> application manager-> Spotify-Notifications- Allow notifications],open and close spotify, and then turn on notifications again. The remaining issues have been 'friends' with Spotify Connect who forgot to disconnect when they left your WiFi, or the owner disconnecting them by streaming a non Spotify stream on their Sonos system. The Android OS handles what happens when a device is connected via Bluetooth. It is really annoying, when I record video games or play them for that matter it just starts playing, and as said before by others, when I'm frantically mashing all the media keys all of them function to restart the song. Bear in mind that programs wont be able to accomplish their background tasks if you do thisfor example, if you disable Microsoft OneDrive on the startup tab, it wont automatically sync your files after you sign in until you launch OneDrive manually.
